Jennifer Brunner is a graphic designer and branding expert whose design vision, deep understanding of the design industry and passion for creative collaboration have made her a trusted resource and leading voice within the upscale retail market.

For over two decades, Jennifer led brand strategy, development, activation, and evolution at Luminaire, Arkitektura and Diva Group where she played a pivotal role in elevating and advancing their contemporary brands.

Jennifer has interviewed design and fashion icons, including Tony Chi and Elke Walter, as contributing writer to Chicago’s Design Bureau Magazine. For Arkitektura Assembly’s blog IN/SIGHT, she interviewed San Francisco-area interior designers and architects, such as Studio AHEAD creative directors Elena Dendiberia and Homan Rajai, and Gensler global architecture firm founder, Art Gensler.

She has also brought local design communities in both Chicago and San Francisco together for inspiring conversations with design luminaries, like Patricia Urquiola, John Maeda, and Stefan Sagmeister.

Jennifer co-founded Chicago’s d+a collaborative and was the design and interior architecture firm’s creative director.

She holds both a bachelor’s degree in applied arts from Indiana University Bloomington and a BFA in graphic design from Columbia College Chicago.
